Delivery

Homeware is always usually dispatched within 3-5 days, in busier periods it may take a little longer. If your item is needed for a particular date I will do everything I can to get it to you in time. Your positive shopping experience keeps me thriving and I pride myself on a tip top service so just let me know if you're in a hurry. 

UK DELIVERY 

On cards I offer free postage, hooray! 

After that delivery falls in to 3 categories for first class standard delivery within the UK: 

Small - £1.95

Medium - £3.50

Large - £4.95

Large pictures, multiple items

You never pay more than £4.95 postage within the UK with the exception of a handful of large house items/ small pieces of furniture. These items are £8.95 to post (I pick up the extra) 

First class STANDARD postage has a high percentage rate of getting your package to you the day after posting but please note this is not guaranteed and I cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to measures outside of my control. Royal Mail advise that you need to allow 15 days before raising a complaint which I will happily do if your package doesn't arrive. This is incredibly rare but something I have to make you aware of. If you would prefer to pay the extra for guaranteed delivery, please see the next section. 

GUARANTEED DELIVERY 

If you require tracked delivery which guarantees delivery for a specific date just let me know and I will invoice you with the extra amount - this will be done on an order by order basis depending on size and weight of package. I do everything in my power to keep costs at an absolute minimum and never make any money on postage. I recommend this option if you have a strict deadline for your order. If you would like to do this please email me either through the contact form on the website or by emailing me at echo_designs@hotmail.co.uk quoting your order number when doing so. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

For deliveries outside of the UK please contact me at echo_designs@hotmail.co.uk for a quote. 

If you have any other delivery requests just let me know and I will do everything in my power to accommodate.
